Return/Replacement:

• All our orders are made to order, and a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are applicable on returns for replacement.
• Return or replacement requests are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling expenses in the case of returns or replacements.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition with tags attached.
• Only defective items are eligible for return and replacement.
• If we have made an error, we will also refund the shipping and delivery charges.
• Photos of the defects must be sent before initiating the return or replacement process.

Non-Refundable:

• Products sold in sale or discount are non-refundable unless they have a defect.
• Made to measure and fully customized suits are not eligible for refund or replacement.
• Worn or altered items cannot be returned.
• No return or replacement will be issued for customers ordering more than two products simultaneously.

How to Return:

• If the product is eligible for return or replacement, please follow these instructions:
  1. Request approval for return or replacement and provide your name, order number, and email address used to place the order.
  2. If the product is defective, include photos of the defects.
  3. Our sales representative will respond within 48 working hours to assist you further.
  4. We will provide a return address upon approval for return or replacement. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection.

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days upon receiving your return.
